What's your mode of payment? 

BDO, BPI, Gcash and Paypal 

What's your lead time? 

3-7 days lead time nationwide via our regular courier J&T. 

How do I track my order? 

Click "View My Order" in the shipment confirmation. Type the tracking number onto the J&T courier's link for updates. 

Can I book same day deliveries? 

Sure, customer may book same day deliveries like Grab or Lalamove. Pickup location in Pasig. Fees will be shouldered by the buyer. Kindly contact us on Instagram @stage_chic for pick up details. 

 

What's your return policy? 

Replacements are accepted on items with manufacturing defects within 30 days from the purchase date. The faulty item will be replaced with a new one of the same design or equivalent value. Kindly send a photo to stagechicph@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Original packaging is required for return packages. 

Can I take a shower with my Stage Chic jewelry on?

Yes, you can wear Stage Chic while bathing. However, we highly recommend to take off your jewelry before bathing, sleeping, swimming or engaging in sports. With proper care, your Stage Chic jewelry will last a long time. 

I'm acidic, can I wear Stage Chic? 

Our pieces are all hypoallergenic, making them ideal for people who are highly acidic or have super sensitive skin. You can wear Stage Chic all day, everyday.
